The two development firms are working together to create a building called Arbor. The Arbor Project will be a boutique condo that contains just 52 units. The units in the building will start at $799,000, which is much lower than many of the other buildings in the area. Their goal with this was to focus on those who have an active lifestyle and who have children who are out of the house, as well as young families. Under normal circumstances, buyers such as those might not be able to find units in the Coconut Grove area. One of the developers said that most properties in the area are $1.2 million or higher.

Behar Font Architects are designing the five-story building. They will have a range of unit sizes from 1,400-square feet up to 2,000 square feet. In addition, it will have four penthouses. These penthouses will feature two-story units and private balconies. Some of the amenities that they have planned for the building include areas for grilling, a courtyard on the rooftop, and a pool. The designers also want to have an area where you can get your bike serviced, share bikes, and engage in outdoor activities with others, such as yoga.

They are designing the Arbor Project amenities towards those who have active lifestyles and who want to experience all the great things that Coconut Grove can offer. They want to have amenities that will encourage getting out and doing interesting things, finding new places to dine and to enjoy life. They also want to help build a sense of community and neighborhood with the project. It has a very good concept and the potential to succeed.

Coconut Grove is a very popular location. There are many things to see and do in the area, and those who buy at The Arbor will find that they are within walking distance to a range of options. In addition, it is only a short drive to other areas in and around Miami. By offering an option for buyers so they can still get a high quality, new unit at a good price, it is sure to attract quite a few potential buyers. Those who are interested in buying a unit in the building will want to act quickly, though, as these are likely to sell fast.
