Luxury Market Becoming More Popular with Millennials
We are now in 2020, and looking back over the past several years, we can see that there is still quite a demand for luxury homes. This desire to have a beautiful place to call home is understandable, but you will find that it is no longer just the Baby Boomer generation and Generation X that are looking at these types of properties. More and more Millennials are starting to look at the options they have available to them in the luxury market.

The Millennials are getting older and are looking for many different types of properties. Some are concerned about holistic living and are looking for properties that can fit well into their lifestyle. They want the luxury, but they also want to make sure that the properties work well for who they are and their specific needs, not just some idealized standard of their parents or grandparents.

Historically, this group has been slower to get into the homebuying market than their predecessors. However, things are now changing, as more and more young people are really starting to see the value of owning a home. They are looking for properties in many different places around the country that can provide luxury homes.

Many of these potential home buyers are also looking for properties in a different manner than people did in the past. Rather than looking around town or through the newspaper, they are heading online to shop for luxury homes. This has become a popular way of shopping for property for many people today. A recent study on Fortune Builder found that the vast majority of Millennial home buyers found their home online, and nearly 50% of them began their search from a mobile device.

Fortunately, the best real estate companies today have embraced technology, which helps to make it easier to find high-quality luxury properties. Having a website that is mobile-ready and that can provide the users with the information they need about properties is a huge benefit for real estate companies today.

As you can see, there are plenty of reasons that Miami is the fastest growing spot in the country for luxury properties. If you are interested in finding your own luxury property in Miami, you will want to get in touch to see what’s available.

It has a host of high-quality, luxury properties that are priced right and in a great location.

Miami is always a fun place to be. Whether you are visiting the area and perhaps looking for a new home, or you are already a resident, you will find plenty of wonderful things to do this January. Check out the sampling below to get an idea of what you can expect.

From January 9 to 23, the Miami Jewish Film Society will host the Miami Jewish Film Festival. There will be screenings taking place all around Miami at a host of different venues. Some of these venues include the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, Miami Theater Center, Temple Beth Am, and the Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center. The film festival first started in 1996, and it has been going strong ever since. There will be more than 50 international guests and more than 100 film premieres.

The Art Deco Weekend is the longest-running free community cultural festival located in Miami Beach. It will take place from January 17 through 19. This year’s festival will feature more than 85 events celebrating the architecture, art, history, and culture of the area. The theme for this year is “Sheroes: Women Who Made a Difference” in honor of 100 years of women’s suffrage. There will be music, vintage art and photography, a classic car show, and more. The festival will take place on Ocean Drive from 6th Street to 13th Street. You can expect plenty of live entertainment, as well.

This will be the 69th annual Beaux Arts Festival of Art. It will take place on January 18 and 19 between 10 AM and 5 PM at the University of Miami. There will be more than 200 art exhibitors that are showing off a range of different types of arts and crafts. There will also be live entertainment and a student art showcase. You will find dining opportunities at the festival, as well as art activities for the kids. Admission to the festival is free, and they expect there to be more than 25,000 people who attend this year.

On January 24 through 26, you can head to the 14th Annual Chocolate Festival at Fairchild Botanic Garden. If you have a sweet tooth, this is an event you will not want to miss.
